Class Description:
A fun, two-day workshop where your intrepid young chef will learn kitchen safety, a few knife skills, and a variety of cooking techniques. Making everything from scratch, your kiddos will braise, roast and bake their way to a small repertoire of recipes that are both practical and delicious.

Chef Matthew knows how to inspire cooks of all ages, and invites us all to share the philosophy that food is important...and also very fun!
