Class Description:
This 3-day spring session will get your kiddos out of the house, and learning in our kitchen classroom! The camp will nurture your favourite young chef with a few days of cooking, learning, and eating!
During their gastronomic education, your intrepid young cooks will learn knife skills, kitchen safety, and a variety of cooking techniques. Making everything from scratch, they will braise, roast, and bake their way to a repertoire of recipes that are both practical and delicious.
