Class Description:
This is a new class for people who want to practice their dumpling-folding techniques! We will make two fillings, and use store-bought wrappers so we can all focus on the pleating of these delicious little parcels. Guests will enjoy a small plate, some fabulous rosé, and go home with 48 dumplings, 24 of each type. Fun!
