Dark Chocolate ganache tartlets with hazelnuts and raspberries
Almond, orange and cardamom cake with coconut whipped cream and toasted pistachios
Classic Clafouti (made with brown rice flour & monk fruit instead of sugar and wheat flour)  
Coconut lemon curd trifle with coconut cream, toasted genoise (with black pepper) and blackberry compote
