Join us as we sample different varieties of prosecco, and sip while you stir. This class will include recipes and techniques for creating four different riffs on risotto. And of course, you'll learn the techniques you'll need for a successful risotto, every time. We'll also teach you the secrets of making risotto in advance, so you can entertain your guests away from the stovetop.
