Three of our favourite Italians in one room! While we enjoy each of these iconic Italian staples on their own, there are few greater delights than when they come together. This class will include recipes and techniques for creating both classic carpaccio: a traditional Italian appetizer consisting of thinly sliced raw beef drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, and risotto: a creamy Italian rice dish cooked with broth. While you dine, we will pour two varieties of Prosecco. Buon appetito!
