Braising is a culinary method that uses gentle heat and long cooking to transform those tougher cuts of meat into tender bites of heaven. Think rich, hearty stews and casseroles – a great way to cook through winter! Chef Judy is a big fan of this technique and, lucky for you, she is also an expert at it!
