Our instructors include chefs from some of the best restaurants in Calgary, food professionals, and authors, as well as special guest chefs from across the country. Our 2009 season features the following guests: in January: Rosemary Harbrecht; in February: Tahera Rawji; in March: Bal Arneson; in April: Eric Pateman; and in May: Hugh Carpenter, Eric Akis, Maria Elena Cuervo-Lorens and Rockin' Ron Shewchuk.
